Hello, my name is Matt Dabrowski and I run OutScotland, Scotland’s premier LGBT+Business Network, a membership organization focused on bringing businesses and the LGBT+ community together. We want to support business owners and professionals with an LGBT+ background by providing networking opportunities, training and business support, mentoring, internships and career advice. We do that by working closely with businesses and corporations who are looking to connect with the LGBT+ community, support LGBT+ causes and charities and help us promote diversity and inclusion in Scottish education and workplaces.
