Current• 400+ client machines for users located in 8 offices and the field• 40+ servers (physical and virtual) in offices and datacenter• Hyper-V (on prem) and VMware (hosted vSphere located at datacenter)• Active Directory and Group Policy administration • BMC Client Management –software install, patching reporting, OS deployment• Remedyforce – Helpdesk Incident administration, Self Service, CMDB• Sophos Endpoint and Server Protection – Cloud Based Central Admin• Exchange and Mimecast (email security and archiving) administration• Windows 10 image creation and management (drivers, scripted software installations post OS)• Windows Server Backup management for domain controllers and read only domain controllers• Hosted Zerto & Veeam backups for restorations and disaster recovery• DUO 2FA for local Windows logins and VPN connections• Hosted VOIP through Aureon provider for Polycom desk phones and Webex software• Cisco Meraki wireless networks and access points for offices and jobsites• Pepwave for wifi and IPSec VPN on jobsites• Purchasing of servers, client laptops and desktops and any other end user IT equipment• Reliable resource for helpdesk team to assist with support issues and projects
