As Chief Operating Officer of Walrus Audio, I'm responsible for steering the company towards achieving our strategic goals and maximizing operational efficiency. I oversee all aspects of business operations, sales, marketing, finance, and personnel management. As the EOS Integrator for our team, my primary goal is to create alignment throughout all departments to execute the vision we've created.

As Director of Sales and Marketing at Walrus Audio, I am responsible for the planning, execution, and support of all sales and marketing initiatives that drive sales growth at Walrus Audio. I ensure strategic alignment between the products our sales team is selling to our network of dealers and the demand our marketing team is generating with our customer community. I've developed and improved our sales forecasting strategies to support accountability and clarity in sales, finance, and operations.

As the GM of iThemes for Liquid Web, I was responsible for the growth and operations of the iThemes (now SolidWP), KadenceWP, and Restrict Content Pro brands, as well as overseeing the growth of Liquid Web’s larger software strategy through organic and inorganic growth.

Following the acquisition of iThemes (now SolidWP) by Liquid Web. In addition to retaining my responsibilities as COO of iThemes, this role placed me at the center of integrating our team into Liquid Web after the acquisition. Transition responsibilities included: - Creating a cultural framework to transition team members into the new organization and consolidating internal communication channels- Converting cash financial reporting for use in GAAP accounting- Technical integration of iThemes software products into Liquid Web’s Managed Applications Hosting Platform- Importing all relevant iThemes business data into PowerBI for inclusion in executive reports

As Chief Operating Officer of iThemes (now SolidWP), I was responsible for all day-to-day operations and management of 28 cross-functional team members developing and supporting our software tools. Responsibilities included:- Hiring, developing, and retaining top talent- Identifying key metrics and creating systems for efficient tracking, reporting, and accountability- Creating product campaigns focused on bringing new customers into our recurring subscription business model- Scoping future projects, including financial models and level of effort reports
