Following on from my internship, I was offered a full-time role as a Business Intelligence Analyst- Developed and deployed Power BI reports for some of New Zealand's largest companies and best performing teams, encompassing diverse areas such as sales, spending, HR, financial performance, project management, and inventory management. Alongside these efforts, I provided coaching to enhance team capabilities, ensuring effective utilisation and adoption of the tool.- Contributed to the design and deployment of custom Power Apps solutions, including both canvas and model-driven applications. Played a role in evolving a client-focused solution into a more broadly applicable offering, supporting aspects of its development, market adjustment, and implementation strategy.- Regularly conduct demonstrations of Power PPM, a project and portfolio management tool, to clients, showcasing the software's potential in meeting their specific needs. I also handle custom configurations of Power PPM, tailoring it to align with the clients requirements.- Communicating clear and concise solutions to clients which factor in their needs and objectives. This includes initial engagement, scoping, and understanding their needs whilst also building trust and rapport to demonstrate the key areas where I can add value and provide a fit for purpose solution.

- Assisted in analysing and delivering a Power BI spend cube dashboard to one of the biggest companies listed on the NZX. This involved the amalgamation of three of their core business units spend data which required heavy data manipulation and standardisation. This dashboard will allow the company to have accurate reporting of spend across the three business units.- Enhanced pre-existing financial models, enabling key stakeholders to develop a better understanding of varying scenarios. These financial models were later implemented into Power BI to strengthen visuals and customisation.- Key point of contact between client and the Business Intelligence team while the lead of the project was absent. I was able to demonstrate and understand the clients needs and wants which I was able to translate into work.- Delivered and presented a user guide to clients in conjunction to recently developed dashboards. This involved UX and UI design through collaboration with the involved clients.
