Matthew works in Maddock's Property Development team which is solely focused on the development industry. In his role, Matthew is responsible for drafting master contracts of sale and vendor statements for residential and commercial developments and working closely with clients, drafting other transactional documents for master planned communities and residential apartment developments and achieving settlements for off-the-plan stages, attending to finance certifications for project financing, preparing leasing documentation (acting for both landlords and tenants), assisting clients with day-to-day legal matters on projects, and negotiating sales and acquisitions of property for developers including due diligence advice and asset realisation.
