As the West Coast sales representative, I sold guitars to music stores and pawn shops across the Western US. I built strong relationships with my dealers to learn their business and find the products their customers are frequently purchasing. The relationships I built with stores helped grow their business and account with MIRC. MIRC specializes in selling quality used guitars so we were able to help our dealers purchase used guitars for less money saving their retail customers money.

I assisted the sales team with account management and sales. I also helped design effective marketing materials that we sent out to our dealer base. When one of the sales representatives were on leave I would manage their entire account base and create sales orders in their absence.Later on in my apprenticeship I started receiving accounts to start building my dealer base with which followed with me into my sales representative position.

As a Sales Representative, I worked with small and medium sized businesses helping them find the right website, marketing and SEO services to fit their business needs. I managed all of the accounts on a monthly basis to make sure our clients were familiar with all of our products/services and managing any requests.
