Assisted Caterpillar employees with retirement needs including pension and 401(k) programs and Caterpillar executives with non-qualified retirement plans. Answered participant questions regarding plan provisions and resolved system issues. Outlined and instructed 401(k) and pension trainings for fellow associates.
