Batesville Casket Company has been maintaining the majority of the funeral industry's market share for some time. Their business practices have begun to change in recent years with the style changes with ceremonies for the dead. Batesville's bread and butter until now has been caskets, but they are now operating in a declining market. Batesville is working on new and improved processes to further the company's efficiency, growth, and well being for the future.
