I began my career in the food industry, getting my foot in the door in an entry-level position and rising in the ranks through hard work and determination. By the early 2000s, I was a multi-unit manager at Flynn Restaurant Group, overseeing 16 Pizza Hut locations.For the next few decades, I continued to hone my operations skills in various managerial and director-level roles. I developed a passion for building people-first cultures and leveraging data to optimize processes. TodayToday, I’m utilizing the skills I gained in the fast-paced restaurant industry in my role as RESTOR’s Director of Operations. With my knack for quickly learning new systems, analyzing data, and identifying gaps and inefficiencies in business processes, I have big plans for scaling RESTOR. Leading with a people-first mentality is a big part of who I am.
