Founded in 2011, RESTOR Medical Spa was created with one goal in mind: to make aging optional. Currently, RESTOR has three Colorado-based locations (and counting). My focus is on optimizing operational processes, leading 3 direct reports and several indirect reports, training spa managers, and driving the growth of the company as it expands into a multi-location medical aesthetics practice.Key Responsibilities:-Spearheading the development and implementation of systems and processes that support our expansion from three to 20 locations over the next seven years.-Leading the training and integration of new spa managers, focusing on aligning them with our core values and performance metrics.-Overseeing all aspects of operations, including scheduling, P&L reports, and inventory management, to optimize performance and ensure financial growth.During my tenure, I’ve successfully redesigned our inventory system, reducing reporting time from six hours to just 15 minutes per week. I am dedicated to continuing to improve processes to support both our clients and the RESTOR team.

Drove operational excellence across multiple locations, focusing on efficiency and team development. Managed day-to-day operations, including inventory control, scheduling, and financial reporting, which significantly improved overall performance.
