I use my outstanding customer service, and most of all, a deep and abiding love for skateboarding and its culture to drive sales and nurture my loyal customer base. I also bring in new business with my extensive networking. I established our social media presence and grew it exponentially. Customers of all ages and backgrounds come from around the world to visit the shop and I am thrilled to meet each and every one of them. There is regularly a line down the street for our special events and limited edition sneaker drops.
