Leading a global Customer Program Management (CPM) team that provides tactical, technical program management for the IoT division's largest and most strategic customer programs. As part of the Customer Engagement organization, we serve as a central point of contact with the cusomer to facilitate communication among business units, R&D groups, Applications Engineering teams, sales and marketing personnel, and project managers to address the unique needs of these mission-critical customer projects, helping to drive them through the design pipeline from Design-In to Mass Production.

Designing and growing a new Applications Engineering team to provide holistic, proactive technical account management and application support for our most strategic global IoT accounts/ecosystems. This includes working with product-specific Applications Engineering teams across several IOT technologies, as well as Product Management, Technical Program Management, Project Management, R&D (SW Dev/SQA), FIeld Sales/Engineering, and Buisiness Development, to ensure a consistent, curated, comprehensive customer support experience across the customer's entire design cycle. Multi-site manager for Product Apps Engineering activities in Silicon Labs' IOT Product BU, overseeing activities for standards-based wireless technologies including Zigbee, Thread, Bluetooth Low Energy and Bluetooth Mesh. Supervision and personnel management for AEs and AE managers in the U.S, Hungary, Finland, and China. Responsible for product support; product training (internal and external); interfacing with Platform and Product Marketing on product lifecycle and improvement; scaling of top-tier product support; handling escalations from Regional Apps Support teams; working closely with SW Eng teams on fixes and features, including submitting, reviewing, and approving pull requests into code base; system architecture on key customer designs.

-Managing and contributing to a team of 1-5 application engineers supporting worldwide customer base of 1000+ firmware developers on ZigBee and Thread application design for 16-bit and 32-bit wireless SoCs and network coprocessors.-Managing and contributing to delivery of technical documentation and training for ZigBee and Thread embedded networking stack product, including networking concepts, application design, security, bootloaders, and software tools.-Assisting in design and project planning for roll-out of Salesforce.com-based Service Cloud solution for customer support.-Conducting regular technical trainings on wireless network products for customers, FAEs and distributors.-Working with strategic sales and segment marketing teams to develop strategies for accelerating time-to-market for key customers in target markets.
