As a Senior Account Representative, I am responsible for the marketing of NWGS Companies full compliment of employee benefits services and products to include Group Services, Voluntary Benefits and Investment/Wealth Management.

I work to find and build relationships where an RPO opportunity may exist via outbound phone calls and cold calling. Frequently present to clients our RPO solution via conf call as well as in on site meetings; work on proposals and agreements up to completion as well.

Managed several large accounts to ensure all contract deliverables were met, as well as established and grew relationships with appropriate levels of contacts at such clients. Frequently presented to key executives on our services as well as our metrics provided to such accounts.

Worked in various roles at CTB - starting in customer service, then on to outside sales where I managed defined accounts within a geographical territory in the state of Kentucky and Indiana. I worked out of my house in Louisville, KY and then moved into a brand manager role where I managed the Dean Brand for three years. In this role, I managed all Dean dealers activities for three years and relocated back to Findlay, OH upon accepting this position. My final role at CTB, I managed all three of the company owned stores for Cooper - working out of the Findlay, OH store. Had total responsibility for P&L, sales and employees.
