I have a significant amount of experience representing large and small businesses in varied complex commercial litigation claims including breach of contract disputes, membership, partnership and employment disputes, trade secret/restrictive covenant litigation, consumer fraud act claims, construction related disputes and environmental claims, including those arising under CERCLA and the NJ Spill Act. As a business litigation attorney I serve as a trusted advisor to many businesses functioning in a role equivalent to outside general counsel evaluating business risks, preparing, reviewing and negotiating contracts and also engaging in litigation where necessary. In addition to my business clients, I represent financial institutions in bank liability matters and enforcing creditors’ rights by bringing and defending commercial collection and bankruptcy claims.Currently, I am a co-chair of the Chancery Committee for the Essex County Bar Association and the secretary and a Trustee of the banking law section of the New Jersey Bar Association.Outside of the law, I serve on and chair committees for Fulfill, the Foodbank of Monmouth and Ocean County. I also volunteer with local children’s sports leagues. As for the remainder of my time, I enjoy outside activities with my family, including those that involve running around with my four little ones!
