Oversees cleared and uncleared recruiting on funded government contracts, key personnel on proposal efforts, and best athlete/jump ball opportunities supporting federal customers. Manages team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators to ensure staffing needs are met across the company. Maintains recruiting processes and DEI initiatives. Records and reports staffing-related metrics to leadership as pertaining to company goals. Manages recruiting budget, vendor licenses, and teaming partner relationships. Works with marketing team and hiring managers to ensure high quality candidate experience.

I recruit cleared Information Security candidates for the Department of Defense (DoD), and additional IT candidates for Government agencies(Public Trust, Secret, Top-Secret, Top-Secret/SCI). On a daily basis I update and maintain our web based Applicant Tracking System(Smart Recruiters) with candidate notes, demographics, interview and offer details. I verify clearances with our Security Officer. I facilitate the interview and selection process, offer negotiation and closing.
