Since 2019 I have worked in-house for Liberty House Toys and Profile Education.Liberty House Toys is a leading supplier of children’s furniture, traditional toys, playroom furniture, and nursery products.Profile Education is a trade supplier of unique and innovative education furniture, early years’ equipment, and stationery supplies to the UK Public and Private Education sector.During my time I have worked with the marketing teams to rebrand both Profile Education and Liberty House Toys. The quality of my work was recognised and I was selected to design what are now best-selling and award-winning products. The products have proven extremely popular and sales so successful, that they have been developed into complete furniture ranges. I regularly work alongside freelance photographers and videographers to direct product shoots, which includes managing the booking of child models.My day-to-day tasks include working with Senior Buyers on new product designs, maintaining the design and content for websites, designing social media and digital content, producing product catalogues, and assisting the marketing team with our Wilko, The Range, Wayfair, Argos and Amazon accounts.

As the Senior Creative I covered all areas of advertising, design and marketing: from branding and corporate identity to website design and e-marketing. With local, national and international clients, my workload covered a wide range of sectors including: retail, creative & media, construction, government, sport & leisure and healthcare, transport and tourism, logistics and telecoms. The gave me more responsibility and I became accustomed to working for long hours on my own in a fast-paced environment.

I worked for The Adhouse Ltd. for 16 years working my way up from Office Junior to Studio Manager. As well as creating designs and using the full range of Macintosh software, from page layout and word processing applications to photo-manipulation programmes. I was responsible for the smooth running of the department: Booking in jobs, scheduling the jobs to meet deadlines and arranging print and reproduction before finally archiving all work carried out by the company. The role gave me the opportunity to meet and take briefs from our wide range of clients. I was also responsible for the training and development of two junior colleagues and oversaw the arrangements of future work experience placements. I took great pride in managing and motivating a team of three to obtain the very best cost prices, level of services and rebates for the company effectively.
