Matt is an innovative and experienced business development consultant with a proven ability to develop strategies and follow them through to execution, increase organizational efficiency, and provide solutions after identifying critical gaps in information. Prior to standing up TID Solutions in 2022, Matt served as a strategic advisor to decision-makers at the highest levels of the U.S. Government, enabling more efficient and effective decisions concerning sensitive and consequential national security issues. During his time with the Army, Matt conducted multi-country intelligence engagements with foreign partners in support of U.S. Government objectives while providing support to current and future operations planning in high op tempo environments.
