I am very driven and strive to achieve the best, in my current position at Phoenix Electronic Cigarettes I started out as a sales associate but after a year of hard work and going the extra mile i was promoted to a store manager. During my time as a store manager I have pushed both myself and my team to achieve more and after just two month we was awarded the store of the month award (first store in the company to get it.) We are also constantly in the top two stores in the region for footfall and income on a week to week basis and are hitting targets this is a huge improvement compared to the performance of the store before i took it over. I have also taken on a new member of staff and trained them up. During this i helped conduct the interviews to pick out the best candidate for the job. The individual had no experience or knowledge in the industry but after just five shifts working with me they have a good understanding of it and improved sales techniques, I will continue to work with and push them to help them achieve the best that they can. I have also supported the regional manager when he has been on annual leave as well as being team leader for the region. This has help build up my skill as I have not just been running my store but supporting the whole region too and making sure that it runs smoothly. During my time with the company I have managed stock on a regional level as well as run my own promo team (and the event to go with it) I will continue to push the boundary's of my store in both footfall and income as well as customer care to make sure that they keep coming back.
