For the past six years I have been gaining extensive knowledge of the food and beverage industry while growing as an aspiring chef. My first two years were at a local pizzeria as a dishwasher while gradually moving up to line cook and front-of-house member. My second job was at Lulu's on Main located in Sylva, North Carolina where I continued to grow under executive chef Devin McCardle. There I learned how to run a line efficiently and effectively with the goal of pushing out excellent food at a fast pace.
