Worked with physician to administer blood lactate threshold testing on elite cyclists. Worked within a sports medicine team to run a injury prevention/strength training program year round for local athletes. Collaborated with fitness director to develop medical exercise program. Worked as the exercise specialist in phase II and phase III cardiac rehabilitation program to prescribe exercise for special populations.

Created a supportive family type atmosphere for young athletes to succeed in the classroom, as well as, on the field. Took over a failed JV program that had not completed a full season in 2 years. We not only completed the season, we finished with all athletes academically eligible and a winning record.
