Senior Benefits Manager
Current- Lead a team focused on all benefit responsibilities for the US and Canada with a headcount of 1800+ and growing. Ensure all plans are in line with the organizations goals while remaining competitive in the market..
- Partner with senior management to develop benefits strategy.
- Analyze and select all benefit plans including health and welfare, retirement, and leave administration.
- Manage vendor relationships including brokers, third party administrators, auditors, and carriers. Review reports, conduct meetings, and ensure compliance with plan provisions.
- Develop communications to inform and educate employees on company’s benefit plans and wellness initiatives.
- Lead benefit renewal process and manage open enrollment.
