I spent years as a commercial illustrator. What lead to becoming The Wedding Painter?I was reviewing my diverse body of work, I noticed that I always came back to painting portraits, people and in particular couples - just something that I enjoy doing. The real "ah-ha" moment was seeing in the background of a friends social media post, their wedding artwork I did for them 25 years ago. This was several partners later and hung prominently over their fireplace. It holds that strong a memory over them.What do I bring to the table?The quality of my work is at a high professional standard having worked as a professional artist for years. It is rare to find anyone who can produce a high quality artwork, live in front of an audience, in less than a day.
