• Forecasting, modeling and analysis of current and projected financials• Assist in helping to guide decisions and prioritization• Manage an agile infrastructure – systems and process that support LI Group vision• Collaborate with leadership on financing strategies, revenue growth and cost reduction• Manage budgeting processes• Manage month-end and year-end process• Oversee financial information and report financial results to leadership and BOD• Understand and mitigate key elements of the organization’s risk profile• Manage and lead auditing process• Monitor cash balances and create cash forecasts• Provide leadership that inspires finance and all staff to embrace and implement LI Groups goals and missions• Assist in formulating the organization’s future direction and supporting the goals of the Board of Directors and President• Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic organizational goals• Report risk issues to the President and Board of Directors• Work with department heads on continuous process improvement• Work with leadership and advise on best practices• Locate areas of opportunity to improve how the organization operates• Monitor WIP and process reporting for CLT• Identify gaps, successes and future issues LI Group might see• Implement new reporting to assist in achieving LI Group goals

-Manage ongoing 20MM receivables and maintain low DSO-Produce ad-hoc reporting for controller, assistant controller and CFO-Analyze financial information and credit reports of potential clients to evaluate degree of risk-Manage monthly journal entry filing for internal import-Proactively work with internal sales team and external clients in order to collect on past due accounts.

-Manage all client remittance distributions-Manage treasury set-up of all new clients financials-Maintain operating account and post daily receipts -Assist controller in ad-hoc reporting

-Manage new client implementation and launch-Liaison between internal operations team and external client-Produce client specific reporting on a daily basis
