As a Senior Consultant in ISG's Data and Analytics Service Line, I focused my attention on delivering and executing the TBM Multi-Dimensional Framework, Service Costing, Performance and Cost Benchmarks, Mergers and Acquisitions Contract Analysis, Blockchain, Machine Learning, and IT Skills Assessments. • Co-led workshops and assisted in the creation of 49 SIAM processes in a period of 6 months that have become a standard for this specific client.• Assisted in the development of reporting templates and dashboards for processes such as Incident Management, Spend Pool Management and Invoice Management.• Directly worked with client leadership to develop supplier spend pools for 10 divisions by using frequent analysis, data migration and manipulation, and executive presentations.• Created a Status Report Template which kept track of the development of multiple IT and SIAM processes. Template is used as internal intellectual property for future projects.• Consulted client’s human resources department in developing company’s end state model by creating organizational charts in Visio, data organization, and data cleansing.
