This involved taking and challenging inputs from Sales and Marketing, using them to produce P&Ls, and reviewing these with management.• Reviewing and analysing month-end P&Ls and balance sheet accounts.• Following a restructure I was the contact point between my Division and the new central reporting team to aid a smooth transition.
