With over twenty years of experience in the education management industry, I am a senior transformative leader who specialises in partnerships, stakeholder management, and business development. I have a masters in business management and a level 7 apprenticeship in senior leadership, which equip me with the skills and knowledge to lead and influence in complex and diverse contexts.As the deputy director of commercial development at the Education and Training Foundation, I leverage my expertise in international vocational education and training (TVET) to deliver strategies and solutions that support the development and quality of the further education and training sector. I have successfully implemented large international contracts and projects, consulted with schools and colleges on vocational qualifications, and managed qualification standards and assessment design. I am passionate about enhancing the opportunities and outcomes for learners and educators, and contributing to the globalisation of TVET.
