I am passionate about not only increasing the great work our team do across areas such as social inclusion, sports participation, health and wellbeing and social inclusion but also in telling their story. So few people know that we operate as a charity, and I'm making it my mission to get our message out there.I'm an innovative leader with a passion for data and its use within organisations to drive relevant strategy, campaigns, insights and results, with 20 years of extensive experience across multiple business functions in the sports industry.Recent experience co-founding and leading a data and sports tech start-up, delivering real-time market insights to UK football clubs. ClubView was named in Sports Pro Media's global 'Top 20 Sports Tech Startups to Invest in' in 2022 and I remain a non-exec Director.

Ticket Sales & Marketing ManagerOxford United Football Club Sep 2010 - Jul 2012Oxford, England, GbAccountable for all ticketing and membership revenues for the club, and all associated marketing required to achieve the club’s budget. The role included all aspects of planning, budgeting, reporting in to board level and managing a team of sales agents and matchday staff. The club now has a fully integrated database across ticketing, Wembley play-off data and FLi website logins and regularly completes targeted marketing campaigns via e-mail, SMS and call outs to it’s 65,000 strong database. Attendances and revenues have steadily grown since promotion back to the Football League in 2010, and the club average attendance of nearly 7500 during the 2011/12 season was it’s highest in over a decade when the club was playing in the second tier. -
