I was UK Account Director at Sports Alliance, managing a team of Account Managers and responsible for the retention and management of 43 UK clients across football, rugby and cricket as well as new client acquisition. Projects managed included full system migrations to Single Sign on digital personalised accounts for Premier League and Championship football clubs, membership and season ticket acquisition and renewal campaigns, corporate sales processes and stadium expansion consultancy. In addition I presented in depth propensity and statistical analysis to clubs with unique targeted campaigns based around supporter behaviour for use in dynamic personalised URL and seasonal/membership renewals, and consulted on sponsor activation and demographic profiling across supporter databases.
Ticket Sales & Marketing Manager
Accountable for all ticketing and membership revenues for the club, and all associated marketing required to achieve the club’s budget. The role included all aspects of planning, budgeting, reporting in to board level and managing a team of sales agents and matchday staff. The club now has a fully integrated database across ticketing, Wembley play-off data and FLi website logins and regularly completes targeted marketing campaigns via e-mail, SMS and call outs to it’s 65,000 strong database. Attendances and revenues have steadily grown since promotion back to the Football League in 2010, and the club average attendance of nearly 7500 during the 2011/12 season was it’s highest in over a decade when the club was playing in the second tier.
Database & Online Marketing Executive
Responsible for the growth and development of the club database and CRM as Stoke City established themselves in the Premier League, improving communication and direct marketing to supporters and business clients alike. Development of the club's online marketing, including launching a new retail & ticketing website and a new commercial microsite and re-brand of the Britannia Stadium Conference & Events facilities. Heavily involved in the launch of a new membership scheme and the distribution of 22,000 barcode membership cards allowing better data capture and targetted marketing across ticketing and retail.

Emirates Stadium Reservations Officer
Part of a team involved in the relocation of all season ticket holders from Highbury to the Emirates Stadium, allocating additional seats to supporters on the season ticket waiting list and the sale of Club Level premium seating. All supporters received a face to face appointment where they were given details of the new stadium, shown the view from their seat and secured their booking for the stadium opening in 2006.
