Scrub incoming leads from third party clients by contacting the customer via phone and email, gathering additional information, then assigning the best fit agent on the relocation team in that market.Review all documents throughout the lifetime of a referral including but not limited to broker market analyses, updates from agents, listing packages, disclosure packages, offer packages, utility/maintenance bills and closing statements ensuring all instructions were followed and all deadlines stay on track.Act as liaison between agent and client and assist with resolving issues and complaints that arise in a prompt and professional manner.Coordinate and execute daily administrative tasks such as documentation and data entry into multiple systems.Maintain annual trainings for all Referral Management Companies to ensure we are exceeding each company’s standards & expectations.Assist in training for new hires to relocation department.Create action plans as a department on ways to grow business, improve customer service and streamline work to be most efficient.Achieved highest ranking status in 2021 and 2022(according to our main source of referral business) for all of our major markets.
