My expertise spans process safety engineering with extensive experience in process safety management (PSM), process hazard analysis (PHA) facilitation, and facility siting studies, always ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Project management appeals to my creative, problem-solving side, as I guide teams in building solutions from concept to execution. For example, during a critical project entailing redesign and construction of a distillation system, I identified excessively high risks early on and led a facility siting analysis to mitigate them. By advocating for acquisition of surrounding land, I was able to position processes further from occupied structures, enhancing safety and regulatory compliance, thereby reducing risks while meeting timelines and maintaining stakeholder confidence throughout project lifecycle. I hold a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Wayne State University.
