(Labor Day 2023)• Built a team of 16 members from the ground up, consisting of 2 team managers, 11 Onshore testing resources and 3 Offshore testing resources.• Forecasted and maintained a $5M budget for the end-to-end testing of the TDA Account conversion effort. Successfully completed the project slightly under budget.• Collaborated with internal audit groups to identify testing artifacts that were needed and what artifacts were available upon the completion of the project. The final internal audit was successful as all artifacts were available and archived.
