Matt is the founder and board director of the Stroma Group. Following inception of Stroma Technology Ltd in 2002 he has developed the Group further with the launch of Stroma Certification Ltd in 2007. Matt successfully achieved Department of Communities and Local Government (DCLG) approval to operate certification schemes for all stands of Energy Performance Certification in newly constructed and existing buildings both in the residential and non-residential sector, in addition to the Code for Sustainable Homes scheme. He is responsible for the development of quality assurance systems for all training, assessment and certification scheme auditing and more recently introducing the installer certification schemes for all stands of Competent Persons and MCS schemes for renewable technologies including Green Deal installer certification schemes.More recently Matt has launched the latest company within the Stroma Group, namely Stroma Software, with the 2014 launch of their mobile solutions complementing the suite of windows based software.
