A new challenge undertaken as the Construction Director for Overbury Central, based in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham

I have worked as a PM for Overbury since 2006, promoted to Senior Project manager in January 2012 after moving from the Overbury Southern office in January 2011 to the Central office.My team and I have just completed a 30 month roll out of the National grid head office in Warwick. The works consisted of the complete refurbishment of 8 working floors, each one approx 1000m2, a brand new control room as a joint venture with Morgan Sindall. Refurbishment of 3 floors of the central building linking the 5 wings together and to complete the project by fitting out a brand new conference suite.Clients worked for since 2006:RIMSiemensIVG AsticusPinsent MasonNPowerOrbit housingBinding siteNational grid.

I Project managed the fit out of the 280 private boxes in the new Grand stand at Ascot Racecourse, value circa 11m.

I managed numerous fit out projects for clients such as Marka & Spencer, Veritas software, BT, O2, G4, Hutchinson 3G and the fit out of the new Tatterstall stand at Nembury race course, among others
