Matt’s philosophy is simple – he believes in always doing the right thing. Every day, with each decision, he puts the homeowner’s needs first. A graduate of UNCG, Matt began his construction career at Ferguson Enterprises Management Program where he excelled, creating one of the top stores in the nation. As Project Manager for a national homebuilder he was ranked top supervisor. Matt joined Copper Builders in 2014 and has played a key role as the lead Project Manager on every major project including Lumina, Triveny Commons and Easton Park. In 2019, he earned a General Contractor’s license, and he has taken care of our home warranty repairs for over seven years. Matt has been promoted to Senior Project Manager for Copper Communities due to his proven track record as a project manager. He leads all of the project managers/supervisors and assists them with their day to day, planning, scheduling, vendor issues, and training needs for the company.
