Responsible for the day-to-day operations and strategy of AudienceView's new Client Growth function. In this role I work with our client-base to match their needs and problem areas with our solutions and services, with a focus on maximising the value they achieve from AudienceView.

In this role, I account managed large enterprise AudienceView clients, including AEG Europe, The O2, Wembley Arena and the British Film Institute in London and Uber Platz in Berlin. I was also responsible for the rollout of our Spotlight mobile app product across our wider AudienceView client base.

I am responsible for all aspects of the global customer success strategy and operations, from onboarding through lifecyle and contract renewals. Key achievements were:- Sold the book out on pre-order, achieving over 350k in revenue and delivering significantly under budget.- Delivered the entire project from the sales process, through to project delivery.
