Matt has represented Vance Brown’s business integrity and client-first mindset for nearly 20 years as a builder and facilitator on a wide range of projects, spanning markets from ground up builds to high end tenant improvements. Along with his construction acumen, Matt has a history of building relationships with both owners and project consultants. Carrying the Vance Brown mindset of long-term dedication towards their clients, Matt is tasked with engaging with those interested in partnering with one of the top Bay Area builders in both quality and client relationships.Projects of Note:Ameswell (750 Moffett Blvd) - 220,000sf Class A Leed Platinum ground up office core & shell, with a 5-story, 800 stall garage. Project included 10 acres of soil remediation, pad prep, and landscaping for the office, garage, & 255 room hotel.Munger Graduate Residences (Stanford) - 500,000sf, 600 bed ground up dormitory complex consisting of (5) concrete structure buildings with GFRC skin. Project included private kitchens and bathrooms in each apartment, as well as a campus restaurant, cafe, banquet hall, and common use spaces. Electronics for Imaging (Fremont) - 155,000sf high end tenant improvement for a Silicon Valley tech firm. Project included 50,000sf of lab space, a global operation data center, full service cafe, and open concept office spaces.Ronald McDonald House (Palo Alto) - 70,000sf three story ground up mixed use hospital accessary/short stay facility. Project included a 20,000sf underground parking garage and the completion of all guest rooms, staff office spaces, commercial kitchen, and other common spaces.Stanford Astro-Physics Facility (Stanford) - 65,000sf ground up physics building with both lab and office spaces. Project included 640,000cf of excavation for the sub-grade labs, located in the center of campus, adjacent to existing high sensitivity lab buildings and historical buildings. Project completed with no impact to surrounding tenants.
