Chief Financial Officer
Current- Provides leadership to and oversight of the accounting financial reporting groups ensuring the Company’s financial statements are prepared in accordance with GAAP and meet all financial reporting requirements.
- Collaborates with business unit heads to ensure all financial decision-making focuses on return on invested capital, including potential acquisitions and the development of a strategic business and/or operational plan.
- Continually develops metrics to ensure they are focusing on the correct factors and identify and track value drivers for each business unit.
- Establishes and maintains sound financial policies, procedures, systems, and controls for the Company, including working capital accounting, general accounting, capital expenditures, accounts receivables, AP/AR.
- Prepares and analyzes all internal and external financial data related to Company operations including: budgets, forecasts, financial statements, and monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
