Matt Garrett is a CRM Consultant with more than two years of experience working with ERP and CRM systems. His other experience includes one year of marketing and sales operations experience at a medical device manufacturer and four years of IT systems help desk experience at a large university prior to becoming a Dynamics CRM Consultant. As someone who has previously used CRM systems on a daily basis, Matt always keeps user experience as a high priority. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota where he focused on Industrial Organization, trade, and game theory. Matt has been with PowerObjects since 2014 where he has spent the majority of his tenure as a Business Analyst for an enterprise level CRM implementation at a mid-sized healthcare organization. This implementation replaced a home grown CRM system with Dynamics CRM 2013 and later CRM 2015. During this implementation, Matt was instrumental in designing forms, processes, and custom screens for the organization’s bustling 300 person call center. Matt worked closely with the project team to design a HIPAA compliant solution that allowed data to be accessed by 3rd party sites. This project was run according to agile methodology and scrum principles using collaborative online tools such as Team Foundation Server/Visual Studio Online and Trello. As such, Matt feels comfortable working in agile or waterfall environments. In addition to Dynamics CRM, Matt has implemented enhancements for CRM and integrated Dynamics with 3rd party credit card and fax solutions. Matt has used Unified Service Desk to design a more fluid, guided, and efficient call scripting process for Call Center sales agents. During the lifecycle of this project, Matt skillfully walked this organization through upgrading to CRM 2015 and later CRM 2015 Spring Release. Matt’s enthusiasm and dedication were an asset throughout the life of the project.

As a Medical Device Associate with Vascular Solutions, I worked with highly skilled and talented individuals working to make an impact by improving global medical care. My assignments were in product management for VSI venous products and sales operations. I have completed clinical evaluations and hazard analyses for Endovenous Laser Fibers and Flex Catheters, Disposable Phlebectomy Hooks, and Manual Tumescent Delivery Systems. I have conducted analyses of ClosureFast reprocessing service and reprocessed catheter products to determine how to better implement strategy in this segment.On a weekly basis, I tracked revenue and units sold for our Radiofrequency Ablation packs, ClosureFast Reprocessed Catheters, and .025 Guidewire to provide decision making support to upper management.

I was elected the president of the Economics Student Organization (ESO), a 160 member student group, in May of 2012 by the voting members of the ESO. I handled all aspects and functions of the ESO including strategic planning, financial, budgeting, and operations. I am most proud of the sense of community that was fostered during my tenure as president. I thoroughly enjoyed leading a team of Minnesota's best and brightest in the ESO officer team.Accomplishments during my Presidency:-Increased paid membership 100%-Successfully petitioned the Student Fees Committee for students fees funding-Planned largest event in ESO history (Ernst and Young info session with 75 attendees)
