As a Senior Project Manager, I work with a wide variety of clients from private equity groups to institutional lenders to governmental agencies on real estate transactions, commercial mortgage-back security loans, developer loans, debt level financing, and acquisitions with their complete due diligence needs. Our team provides clients with timely and high-quality due diligence reports to facilitate financing for real estate transactions. I work as a team lead to organize, train, and develop other project managers as well as staffing, coordinating, reviewing, and editing all reports prior to distribution to clients. Additionally, my work is client facing and includes drafting, proposing, and negotiating contract agreements with clients; providing project updates; proactive complex problem solving; as well as working to engage clients to develop and grow relationships with regards to future work.

Surveyed and mapped endangered species habitat and activity using GPS and Base Camp systems. Overlaid data with construction zone maps and developed specific remediation techniques compliant with federal and state regulations including NEPA, ESA, and CEQA. Specifically worked with burrowing owls, kit foxes, flat-tailed horned lizards, and american badgers. Performed phase I, II & III biological surveys.

Instructed youth skiing at Vail Resorts out of Golden Peak. Additionally served as a coach with the Vail Junior Development Program. Instructors introduce some basic skiing progressions to help improve skiing skills and the team members will begin to hear and understand skiing terms. The goal of Vail Junior Development Team is to start developing skiers that have strong, sound skiing skills and an enjoyment for the sport of skiing. Vail Junior Development Team will do this in a safe and fun environment for team members. Coaches present a well rounded skiing picture to team members and model safe skiing tactics. Professional Ski Instructors of America Level 1 Certified.

Work closely with water quality to monitor and test nutrient levels in Oceanarium for marine mammals and special exhibit sea jellies systems. Perform daily husbandry duties for the exhibits, reserve and support areas, including data collection and food preparation. Maintain detailed husbandry and medical records including daily reports in husbandry areas and input data via computers onto spreadsheets and databases. Jellies special exhibit maintenance including live food cultures, cleaning, life-support systems, filters,and pumps.

Coached youth hockey with the Chicago Jets Hockey Club in conjunction with the American Development Model (ADM). ADM was developed by USA Hockey, in partnership with the NHL, as a guideline for successfully developing youth hockey players. It provides age-appropriate guidelines and curriculum to hockey associations across America to help more kids play, love and excel in hockey. Worked closely with coaches and parents to provide a positive and fun environment for kids ages 7-9 to grow and excel at hockey.

One of the youngest counselors ever promoted to oversee planning and coordination of evening and Sunday events for summer boys’ camp hosting up to 150 campers each year between the ages of 7 and 16. Additionally, organized and led up to 10 major teambuilding and social events each summer coordinating a team of 30 counselors. Taught western style horseback riding to six groups of campers daily effectively tailoring instruction and skill levels to meet the unique needs of each age groups. Co-led a team of eighteen campers on an eight day sea kayaking and hiking trip building leadership skills while exploring the Porcupine Mountains and Apostle Islands of Lake Superior’s waters. 2010 Deeley Lyons Memorial Award Winner for outstanding staff member.

Developed and conducted a survey studying the feeding patterns of elk in Mueller State Park – sampled and analyzed Aspen species and summarized findings in a 20-page scientific paper. Co-led project collecting and analyzing snow samples surrounding a local coal plant to develop modeling techniques for SOx and NOx gases throughout the Colorado Springs region in proximity to the coal plant. Gaining proficiency in calibrating and using field and laboratory tools, including ion and gas chromatographs. Tree core sampling on Pikes Peak to study the migration of alpine tree line in response to regionally changing climate, and small-scale microclimatological feedbacks that are generated by the tree line migration. Researched and wrote “The Mountain Pine Beetle and its Influences on the Biophysical Environment” for final Capstone thesis project.
