PMT-HSSE Manager for Saudi Aramco-Luberef Refinery Expansion Project responsible for all HSSE matters and concerns. New Lube Hydrocracking Unit (23,000 BPD), New ISO-Dewaxing Complex (19,000 BPD), New Hydrogen Manufacturing (60,000 Nm3/h, Sulfur Recovery Complex (81 t/d), New Tank Farm (31 Tanks), New Truck Loading Area, New Warf Export Lines, New Cooling Water System Including Cooling Towers, Five (5) New Sub-Stations, Upgrading Existing Sub-Stations, New Control Room, New Fire & Safety Building, Two New Warehouses, New Laboratory, New Workshop, New Offices, Modifying and Upgrading Existing Facilities and Infrastructures with 882 tie-ins for the existing Processing and Tank Farm. Turn Around during November 2013 completed without incident. Prepare the daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and conduct HSE presentations for the client. Provide oversight for all HSE matters to include management of 10-PMT HSE staff, and 185-EPC HSE personnel, one medical clinic and one mobile clinic inside the refinery.

My responsibilities include neutralizing and decontaminating the A.C. Project in Minden Louisiana.

Site Safety Manager (Petrochemical Project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia / Mod Yard in Abu Dhabi, UAE)- Hold full responsibility for data analysis for the entire project and develop, execute and integrate safety strategies and programs to improve personnel safety performance.- Provide technical leadership to consolidate and integrate site safety and mechanical procedures across the project site.- Ensure health and effectiveness of the Safe Work Practice Teams, and address performance issues with appropriate line management and also provide OSHA regulatory interpretations to them.- Conduct investigation meetings, daily safety audits and weekly walk-through on-site with clients.- Design and implement Positive Recognition Programs and develop an Action Tracker for the project.- Develop lessons learned and safety flash cards to be shared with all employees and monitor daily, weekly and monthly reports and trends.- Coached and mentored PBS observers and developed observations for site specific programsAchievements- Achieved 7 Million work hours without a first aid or recordable injury.

HSE Manager for construction of Modules for the PCC / GPC Project in Saudi Arabia.- Proactively planned and coordinated the safety meetings with sub-contractors, and conducted pre planning and safety audits.- Collaborated with Motiva Environmental group, safety department and medical facilities to ensure compliance throughout the project.- Spearheaded data analysis for entire project concerning SOR’s, Management Audits, PBS Observations and observers.- Held full accountability for writing and executing Positive Recognition and Performance Policy and also served as the Director of Media coverage for the entire site.

Safety Manager for companies which manufacture small, medium and large caliber explosives, and pyrotechniques Comply and work closely with Department of Defense (D.o.D.), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (B.A.T.F.) to ensure proper documentation, recordkeeping and training of employees. My duties also include Environmental Manager and working closely with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (T.C.E.Q.), for 120 acre plant.
