Developed this integrated marketing/media business from business plan to the execution and deployment of two business to consumer sites (TheSeen.com and CollegeSeen.com) and our corporate site (TheSeenMedia.com). Completed a successful test with Remy Amerique. On-going business development uncovered a fatal flaw in business model: target companies are adopting The Seen Media strategy, but taking it in-house or farming it out to their ad agencies.

Led this Investment Holding Company in their expansion into Asia-Pacific. Set up headquarters in Singapore and opened offices in Korea, Japan and Hong Kong. Hired key personnel in each region, developed deals, managed all external resources (e.g.: legal, accounting) and saw them through to close. Adverse market conditions caused the board to halt expansion throughout Asia/Pacific after 9 months of operation.
