At the beginning of 2023 I set out with a mission to create a platform which could tackle the lack of accessibility and existing stigma surrounding children’s mental health. This led me to create InnerSteps; an innovative, early-intervention platform which leverages generative AI to craft personalised, evidence-based stories for primary school children to address their mental health concerns. By weaving in children's favourite animals, colours, interests and specific challenges and pairing that with clinical strategies, we can create completely custom, engaging stories which spark conversations around mental health earlier whilst offering children a less-isolating experience.Throughout my journey building InnerSteps, I have learnt so many diverse skills including public speaking, team-management and leadership as well as communication, networking and the essence of dedication.Outside of working at InnerSteps, I am also a professional UI/UX designer and have contracted work for 20+ clients over the last 3 years. I specialise in bringing a modern and unique edge to each project I am apart of whilst also excelling in team work and innovation. As a designer I have undertaken and completed a variety of different projects including web design, app design, logo design, social media design, brand-building and much more. I am also proficient in Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma amongst several online web-building tools and platforms.
