I am a Durban born and bred optimist with a positive outlook on the world, I've had some amazing experiences following my passions and making connections with like-minded people. I am outdoor orientated with a natural attraction to nature and new experiences.I have taken on a position in Cape Town managing a wholesale distribution company looking after two well established global brands in the food and beverage industry, we service the restaurant and hospitality industry with beverage solutions. I am a fast learner, motivated and driven to achieve goals and I am up for a challenge. I am enjoying the current challenges I have set to up-skill myself and earn experience in the marketing and logistics of distribution in the food and beverage industry.I enjoy the creative process of photography and video production and feel this has a major role to play in a brands presence, especially with todays online world. I also offer my services as a freelance photographer and videographer to numerous businesses and brands to assist with creating meaningful content and marketing visuals.Background:Schooled in Durban, South Africa with a family orientated upbringing. I have a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Marketing and Logistics from the University of Stellenbosch and have done courses on digital marketing and web development. I am still learning, enjoy the process and will continue to do so. My passion is Fly Fishing and I've lived my life up to this point with Fly Fishing playing an important part of my well-being.I have 5 years of experience in the fly fishing hospitality industry, hosting and guiding traveling guests to unique and professional outdoor experiences. I have as many years experience in photography, videography and video editing, specialising in creating short-form content about fly fishing for online and social media purposes. My time as a fishing guide was humbling and taught me many things and connected me with many like minded people.
