About Matt Granger

I have spent the last 10 years of my career working in primary education, where I have worked as a Primary Teacher and fulfilled several additional middle management roles, including Curriculum Lead, PE & Humanities Subject Leader, ECT Mentor and Metacognition Lead. I have developed a passion for educational disadvantage and continue to seek opportunities to support disadvantaged groups in future roles. I have also worked hard to develop my understanding and experience of complex Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and the impact of early childhood trauma. I am looking for opportunities to further develop these interests within or outside the education sector.
