I spent an academic year at Solihull College, teaching on the colleges BTEC sports programmes. Teaching covered sports psychology, nutrition and athletes lifestyles. I was responsible for the planning and delivery of lessons and the setting and marking of assignments. This involved working with young people from the ages of 16 - 21, many of whom were part of the colleges’ sports academies, aimed at developing talented young performers.
