Cinema For All 'Launch' Grant recipient for the creation of CineRPG. This initiative aims to connect audience members from screen and game deprived areas, and to engage in the passive / active / interpretative exploration of a similar film IP or genre. My first contribution to Stepping Up was focused on integrating Joseph Campbell's theory of 'The Hero's Journey' as a pathway for transformative career change. This module was delivered to 120 students and was regarded as one the most successful and inspiring workshop of the Stepping Up Leadership training.
