The new campus will optimize existing space, consolidate operations, and develop additional areas that will allow for more efficient arrival, parking, mobility, and security checkpoints while mitigating existing and anticipated space pressures on the public, Sheriff’s office, and operational departments.

Key Projects:Google Gates Phase 3 in Austin, TX Project Manager Mechanical scope for Phase 3 of Google’s 300,000 square foot tenant build-out in existing 29-story office tower in $2.5M MEP project. Acted as BIM lead for aggressively scheduled coordination effort. Third + Shoal Office Building in Austin, TX Project ManagerMechanical and plumbing installation for the new 30-story, 392,000 square foot Class AA office tower. Utilized just-in-time deliveries for materials and equipment due to project being located in downtown Austin with limited site access and minimal lay down area. BIM led for project coordination effort. Utilized the City of Austin’s underground chilled water loop and Plate and Frame Heat Exchangers for cooling the building’s closed loop chilled water system. Georgetown Sheraton Hotel in Georgetown, TX Project Manager $4.6 million mechanical scope on the seven-story, 156,407 square foot hotel with a 35,588 square foot conference center. BIM lead for project coordination effort.
