All aspects of Project Management, Construction Management and Quality Assurance within the Urban Development sector.Projects have included redevelopments of Hayman Island and the Reconstruction of Cardwell in North Queensland, as well as numerous projects for some of Australia's largest builders.Responsible for designing and applying appropriate project management standards andmanaging the production of the required deliverables, as well as planning and monitoring the project.Further to this my roles include preparing and maintaining project, stage and exception plans as required, and managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans, monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessaryapplying change control and configuration management processes, applying appropriate technical and quality strategies and standards identifying and obtaining support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project
