In 2014, I asked the question: What would happen if a project management firm adopted great technical systems and processes, merging this traditional approach with a conscious way of operating; creating a team that delivers exceptional project performance to the highest possible standard? The answer for me was clear - MG Group, born to operate in alignment with my values, purpose and with a mission to lead the property industry into a new era. Now, seven years later, I’ve built a company that has managed over 100 different projects, had close to $1 billion under management over the course of its history, and maintained a constant flow of work, managing between $150 million to $300 million at any one time. Together with the team, we’ve collaborated on projects in Australia and South East Asia, and across a diverse range of markets, including health, residential, child care, aged care, commercial, retail and not-for-profit.
