• Manage development teams supporting Stifel’s investment business through superior product support to advisors, simplifying the client’s experience in investing in complex private investments and maintaining a sound control environment• Lead investment services and operations due diligence meetings to deepen the level of understanding and expand the knowledge of the firm’s product sets• Conduct quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy, completeness and data integrity across a variety of functional areas, such as internal and external communications to clients and advisors, product availability, etc. • Provide business intelligence reporting and data inquiry support across the different investment platforms to partners and stakeholders upon request• Partner with Marketing team to execute business plans designed to educate, market, and increase sales of existing investment products• Manage and communicate project scope between Stifel and vendor business units to optimize productivity• Liaise with senior management, legal, compliance, and other product partners on key platform enhancements • Create user stories and business cases that ensure technical solutions are aligned with the vision, product roadmap, and business goals• Manage priorities, deadlines, and tasks to meet deadlines and accomplish goals• Manage all incoming production support, short cycle development, and long cycle PLC projects from a diverse group of internal operations departments as well as external vendors• Manage progress tracking to ensure necessary goals were met to facilitate the development process• Oversee development and quality assurance stages of each story while evaluating overall product progress• Create and provide status reports on projects with accurate timelines, potential blockers, and release plans• Preparing release documentation, support knowledge transfer documentation, and project assessment documentation
