Assistant strength coach for the football team. Trained 80-100 athletes per day. Responsible for the speed development of the football team. Responsible for training the return-to-play group along with assistant in all strength sessions throughout the year.

Established a year-long periodization template used as the basis of programming for clients. Developed a complete exercise selection sheet with proper progressions and regressions for resistance training and movement based training. In charge of program design and implementation of ATC’s 2013 NFL Pro Day training group.

Responsible for programming and implementation of strength training programs for football, men’s basketball, men’s golf, women’s swimming, and women’s basketball. Led rehabilitation group for the football program for the summer of 2012. Directed movement sessions with the summer football program. Implemented soft tissue, mobility and movement prep programming for summer football workouts.
