• Manage an annual budget of $1 million supporting promotional efforts at 3 major trade shows and hundreds of mid-sized events • Rebuilt promotional good distribution processes from the ground up, increasing efficiencies and reducing costs on both fulfillment and shipping. Negotiated fulfillment costs with 3 different vendors. Reduced fulfillment processing time from standard 2 day to same day if placed by 1pm. This reduced the number of rush shipments saving on shipping costs. Trained all users on best practices to reduce rush shipments.• Created process to decrease late shipments from 10% to less than 3%. This was done by training all team members how to effectively order items via of FedEx and requiring the vendor to follow up on all shipments with a hard deadline. • Established relationships with additional vendors to get competitive quotes on all items saving the company tens of thousands of dollars. • Created process for production and delivery of all printed material to large trade shows, sales meetings, and user conferences. Reduced costs associated with late shipping to trade shows and stress associated with last minute changes. This was done by identifying the delivery date of all goods, then scheduling all key deliverable dates such as art production, rounds of feedback, pre-production sample time, manufacturing time, and finally shipping.

Efforts supported over 10,000+ doors in Boost Mobile’s independent retail channel, which was responsible for 60% of the phone activations and over $1 billion in revenue in 2009.Responsibilities•Worked with design team, channel marketing, sales departments and external vendors to develop retail fixtures and point-of-purchase material for the independent retail channel. •Managed a budget of $4.5 million used for creation and distribution of point-of-purchase material to over 10,000 stores via 120 field representatives and 21 independent distributors. •Developed channel lettering sign program including the creation, distribution and permitting of 700 Boost Mobile channel lettering signs resulting in an average sales increase of 25% per store.•Worked with Boost field team managers to ensure proper training on effective merchandising, new fixture setup and gathering of feedback for the development of new point-of-purchase materials. •Presented collateral processes and concept ideas to key stakeholders at semiannual sales conferences, quarterly regional sales meetings and quarterly distributor reviews.

Responsible for conducting outbound calls to entire retail base to train retail associates on Boost Mobile products and services, to ensure proper inventory levels and to identify any issues.
