I'm known to my family as a jack of all trades, and have shown this in my personal and professional life, competing in various different sports, playing multiple instruments, and growing from little-to-no technical knowledge, to an experienced Technical Support consultant, and finally, a Product Manager in both the Web Hosting and FINTECH space. My ability to deconstruct a problem into small pieces, and often identify a simple solution, has led me to be a successful Product Owner and Manager. I am an open book, optimistic and a non-alarmist, who works well with people, allowing me to learn a significant amount, quickly. I'm noticing more and more with time that I have a knack for growing an Agile team, particularly when there is a lack of focus, drive, understanding the product and who our customers are. I feel I shine best when tackling these issues head on and creating a high functioning team.I tend to thrive in a fast paced and chaotic environment as I am flexible and can easily adapt to the current situation. I genuinely enjoy a challenge and am motivated by a feeling of being out of my depth, as this drives me to seek understanding and knowledge, rather than to retreat.For these reasons, I am confident in my ability to add immediate value to any team, both professionally and personally.
